- If herbal medicine is prescribed, we will send you a secure payment link via SMS shortly after your appointment, so that you can arrange payment. Please make swift payment of this invoice to ensure your order can be completed. Kindly be aware that our booking policy requires payment in advance for all herbal medicine orders before they are sent to the dispensary.
- Please ensure you have provided your updated postal address.
- Your practitioner will then send your unique herbal formula script to the team of accredited Naturopaths at The Herb Group who will dispense the herbs with care and accuracy.
- Once the herbal medicine is prepared, it will be sent via Express Post to the specified address.
- Please follow the relevant dosage and instructions detailed on your Healthcare plan.
- When you require a repeat of your prescription, please follow our re-ordering procedure.
