Prescription renewal process

How to re-order previously prescribed supplements and herbal medicine: 

To maintain appropriate prescribing standards to ensure practitioner supplements are managed responsibly, we have stringent processes for prescriptions and repeats.

  1. If you need to replenish supplements or herbal medicine, send us an email at reception@bondihealthandwellness.com and tell us what you need.
  2. Remember, you have to have a review appointment with Bondi Health and Wellness every three months to keep accessing your supplement and herbal medicine prescriptions.
  3. If you satisfy the above requirement, we’ll reply to your email with an online form called ‘Herbal Medicine and Supplement Re-order form’ to fill out.
  4. Once we have received your completed form and it is approved by your practitioner, we will process your order. 
  5. If it’s supplements you’re getting, we’ll send you a new Healthcare Plan and an updated script on Vital.ly, including relevant dosages and instructions. For herbal medicine prescriptions, please follow the process for ordering herbal medicine once your form is approved. 
  6. Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed in this way.
